Terms of Use
These terms govern your use of socialjet.sg and related pages operated by Social Jet Pte Ltd ("Social Jet", "we", "us"). By using the site you agree to them. If you engage us for services, that engagement is governed by a separate written proposal or services agreement, which takes precedence over these terms where they conflict.
1. Use of the website
- You may browse the site, take the readiness quiz, submit enquiries and book calls for the purpose of evaluating our services.
- You may not scrape, copy, republish or commercially exploit content from this site without written permission, interfere with its operation, or use it to send spam or unlawful content.
- You must provide accurate information in forms. We may decline or discontinue contact with anyone who provides false information or abuses the service.
2. Readiness quiz and strategy calls
- The quiz score is an indicative, automated assessment based on your answers. It is not advice and does not guarantee that we will take on your brand.
- Strategy calls are complimentary and without obligation on either side. We reserve the right to decline an engagement, and you are free to walk away.
- Nothing on this site or said on a call constitutes a binding offer until a written agreement is signed by both parties.
3. Case studies and results
Figures published on this site are drawn from post-campaign reports for the clients named and reflect the results of those specific campaigns. They illustrate what we have achieved for others; they are not a forecast, promise or guarantee of results for your brand. Influencer marketing outcomes depend on product, market, budget, creative and timing. We do not offer performance guarantees.
Client names and logos are used to identify work we have delivered. If you represent a brand shown here and wish to discuss its use, contact us at hello@socialjet.sg.
4. Intellectual property
The Social Jet name, logo, site design and original content are owned by Social Jet Pte Ltd. Client logos, trademarks and creator content belong to their respective owners and appear with permission or under fair use for identification. Reno Fiesta is a trademark owned by Social Jet Pte Ltd.
5. Third-party services and links
The site links to and integrates with third-party services (WhatsApp, Meta, Google, our scheduling and CRM tools). Your use of those services is governed by their own terms. We are not responsible for third-party content or availability.
6. Disclaimer
The site is provided "as is". We aim for accuracy but do not warrant that the site is error-free, uninterrupted or that content is current at all times. Content is general information and not professional advice specific to your situation.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Singapore law, Social Jet is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of the site or reliance on its content. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
8. Personal data
Our collection and use of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy and PDPA Notice and Cookie Notice, which form part of these terms.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance. The date at the top shows the latest version.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore, and the courts of Singapore have exclusive jurisdiction.
