Welcome to Social Jet (“Social Jet”, “Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the services, website, campaigns, events, content, and platforms operated by Social Jet.

By engaging our services, accessing our website, or participating in any campaign, you agree to be bound by these Terms.


1. Services

Social Jet provides services including but not limited to:

  • Influencer marketing campaigns
  • Social media marketing
  • Paid advertising services
  • Content production
  • Talent sourcing and management
  • Campaign strategy and consulting
  • Event activations
  • Digital marketing support

All services are subject to separate quotations, proposals, invoices, statements of work, or written agreements where applicable.


2. Eligibility

By using our services, you represent that:

  • You are at least 18 years old
  • You have the authority to enter into legally binding agreements
  • Any information provided to us is accurate and complete

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate and timely information
  • Supply required assets, approvals, and materials on schedule
  • Ensure all submitted materials comply with applicable laws and regulations
  • Obtain any necessary rights, licences, or permissions for materials provided to us

Delays caused by the client may affect timelines, deliverables, and campaign performance.


4. Influencer & Creator Content

Influencer campaigns may involve third-party creators, influencers, or media personalities.

Social Jet does not guarantee:

  • Specific sales results
  • Virality
  • Engagement metrics
  • Platform algorithm performance
  • Audience reactions or sentiment

Campaign performance may vary based on market conditions, platform changes, ad spend, creative quality, targeting, timing, and external factors beyond our control.


5. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

  • Social Jet retains ownership of its proprietary processes, systems, frameworks, templates, and methodologies
  • Clients retain ownership of their trademarks, logos, and pre-existing materials
  • Influencer-generated content ownership and usage rights will be governed by the specific campaign agreement

Clients grant Social Jet a non-exclusive right to use campaign materials, logos, and results for portfolio, case study, marketing, and promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.


6. Payment Terms

Unless otherwise stated:

  • Invoices are payable within the payment terms stated on the invoice
  • Payments made are non-refundable once work has commenced
  • Late payments may incur administrative charges or suspension of services
  • Campaign deliverables may be withheld until payment is received

Clients remain responsible for all approved third-party costs including but not limited to influencer fees, advertising spend, venue costs, production costs, and software expenses.


7. Revisions & Scope Changes

Reasonable revisions may be included depending on the agreed scope of work.

Additional revisions, expanded deliverables, or scope changes outside the agreed proposal may incur additional fees and revised timelines.


8. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential information private and not disclose proprietary business, financial, operational, or strategic information without prior written consent unless required by law.


9. Third-Party Platforms

Our services may involve platforms including:

  • Instagram
  • TikTok
  • Facebook
  • Google
  • LinkedIn
  • YouTube

Social Jet is not responsible for:

  • Platform outages
  • Account suspensions
  • Algorithm changes
  • Advertising restrictions
  • Policy enforcement actions taken by third-party platforms

Use of such platforms remains subject to their own terms and policies.


10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • Social Jet shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
  • Our total liability arising from any claim shall not exceed the fees paid to us for the relevant services giving rise to the claim

We are not responsible for:

  • Business losses
  • Lost profits
  • Loss of data
  • Reputation damage
  • Platform-related disruptions
  • Actions of third-party influencers, creators, or vendors

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Social Jet, its directors, employees, contractors, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:

  • Your breach of these Terms
  • Materials supplied by you
  • Violations of laws or third-party rights
  • Misuse of our services

12. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services where:

  • Payments remain outstanding
  • Abusive or unlawful conduct occurs
  • There is a breach of these Terms
  • Continued engagement poses reputational, operational, or legal risks

Termination does not waive outstanding payment obligations.


13. Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy.


14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore.

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.


15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time without prior notice. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
